Hi,

I have two RE220s. Today, both stopped working. I could connect to them but neither had internet, just a solid green power light. I've tried resetting and even factory resetting, but still just get a solid green light. I can connect to my router using other devices and the same SSID no problem, but the RE220s will no longer connect. Any advice please?

I would verify the wireless password being used by forgetting the main network with a smartphone and connecting back so you get prompted to enter the wireless password again. As far as your main router, make sure the 2.4G and 5G are named different and not the same.

Strangley they just started working again yesterday when I left them alone for a while. All good now!
