Hi,

 

I've just purchased two network adapters - Archer TX50E(UN) and a router - Archer AX50(US).  I'm trying to register those products but I encounter an error message stating that the serial numbers are not found for all three of them.  How do I go about getting these products registered?

Same here. Can't register S/N for my Archer A20/AC4000. Very frustrating.

Plus the QOS cuts off 50% of my 1.2GB service bandwidth. My previous 3150 router didn't have QOS and provided full bandwidth. My kids are yelling at me for "laggy connection" when gaming. So far this new router sucks. I will likely return to Linksys/Cisco routers. Terrible experience so far with A20. So disappointing. This is certainly not a Top 5 rated router!
