Model: Archer CR1900
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version:

As stated in the subject title, my new CR1900 does not connect to live IPTV services such as Mobdro and/or Sportz TV etc, yet I can stream via xfinity flex box, as with HBO Max, Netflix, etc. To prove that the issue is in fact with my cable modem (CR1900), I called xfinity this morning to revert back to my old modem and all is back up and working; I can stream live 3rd party IPTV content.

That said, there seems to be online instructions from TP-Link regarding IPTV and how to establish a connection (https://www.tp-link.com/us/support/faq/1538/), but the instructions are not applicable to my CR1900 as when I do log on and go to network, I do not see any IPTV line items listed where I can either check a box and/or inscribe and IPTV service address etc., etc... So I'm dumbfounded having to use my old (6-7 yr old) equipment in lieu of this newer modem wifi-router combo. Please, has anyone encountered such issue?

Thank you in advance for any insights...

-Mike

@NotNAsp

The modem/router does not appear to have that feature of IPTV. Our router and Deco are the ones that do have it.
