Why are users limited to only 3 active Smart Actions at one time? The "Auto Off" Smart Action only works on one switch, not a Scene group. I bought 20 switches thinking I can schedule all the lights to automatically shut off after 15 minutes of being on, but I can only do that for a maximum of 3 lights! 

 

Please allow many more than 3 Smart Actions, and allow Auto Off to apply to Scenes.

Thank you for the feedback.

 

There has been a great deal of requests from other users as well to increase the limit. Our dev team is aware, but no information if and when that would be increase.

 

Our smart devices do support being used by other platforms like Alexa and SmartThings.

 

For example in Alexa you can do the following:

 

Open the Alexa app, go to "Routines", select the "+" symbol:

 

Configure the following

 

"Routine name": label what you want it for
"When this happens": customize what you say ("Alexa, Turn on plugs")
Add action: 
Select:
1) Smart Home, Lights, Plug, Next, Power: On
2) Alexa Say, “Plugs are on”
3) Wait, Duration is 30 minutes
4) Smart Home, Lights, Plug, Next, Power: Power: Off
5) Alexa Say “Plugs are off”
