I completed the initial configuration and updated the SSID and password for the 2.4GHz and 5GHz networks. After installing the Tether app and creating a new account, device discovery is failing to see my router when my device is connected to either wireless network.
According to your hardware version, your firmware build is very outdated.

I would probably reach out to support to assist with updating the firmware to make sure nothing potentially goes wrong.
