new router

hi everyone new to this,i just bought a tp-link router c50 ac1200, got it up and running,question I have can you put a VPN into this router please, any advice would be grateful

There is not a feature where you can set a VPN inside of the router. Our other routers like the Archer A6 has a VPN server option, but it is to provide a secure connection to the router from the internet, not to encrypt traffic from users on the router to the internet.

@Tonythanks for the reply,when I bought this router it was advertised as a VPN,is it possible to download and upgrade the firmware on it please, any advice would be most welcome, regards rob
