  @US_Beta Beta Tester Portal has been unreachable for the last 2 days, at least. https://betausa.tplinkdns.com/adm_program/system/login.php

  @JChang,

Thanks for letting us know, it looks like our beta portal system is going through a few transitions to support some of the new backend systems that have been developed. The team is working on bringing stability back to the beta portal. For now, there may continue to have periods of downtime for the portal as the system is being looked at. We appreciate your patience and hope to have the system back to normal soon.

  @US_Beta

Is this system still active? I've been a member since 4/2022 (not selected for any tests I applied for, but still hoping), but it's been quite a few months since I've seen any activity in it at all.

  Hi! @andyscomp03 Thank you for the question! I assure you, the system is still active, but for the past few months, we have been in the process of fixing our server, so we haven't been as responsive as usual. Keep an eye on your email that you registered in the Beta Portal, as this is how you will be notified whenever a new Beta Test application arrives. Also keep in mind that we have thousands of Beta Testers across the US, and we try our best to give everyone an opportunity to test, but we are limited by the amount of Beta samples that we have available, so it is hard to include everyone. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

 Hi @Soth33 Thank you for applying to be a Beta Tester! The points system is just a way for us to determine how helpful a beta tester is. Once you are accepted into a beta test, you can earn points by responding to surveys, submitting helpful suggestions/bugs, helping us debug any problems, and being active and helpful on the forum.

is there a beta tester application for Non US members?

sad

I got an assortment of networking gear including 2.5.gbe switches, and NAS models supporting 1gbe/2.5gbe/10gbe, so i would definitely be able to beta test complimentary hardware for those things. Just not sure where to apply crying

  @mooglestiltzkin,

Unfortunately, while we are always looking for cases such as yours, our team is in charge of testing the products planned to release in the US; you will need to check the community from your region to see if they have a beta program available for your region. However, after a quick glance, it does not look like they have a similar program openly available.

For most regions outside the US, the Global Forums are what you are looking for.
