Password Limitations For Router Connection
I purchased (and returned) an RE315 extender from Amazon. While trying to setup the extender, I was unable to connect it to my router running DD-WRT. The problem seems to be the WIFI password (actually a pass phrase). I can't find information elsewhere so I'm posting here.
What are the limitations for the password field used to connect to the main router? My pass phrase is lengthy, contains spaces and punctuation characters, so I'm assuming one or more of those violates the limits on the RE315 and other extenders. I need an extender but I'm not going to change the pass phrase on the router just to accommodate it.
Thanks.
