Can't change over to new internet provider T-Mobile 5G home internet.
both are working and discoverable but won't conn
Hi Chip, if you have already had these devices connected to your previous network, I would recommend resetting the devices to factory default; especially if the new network is using the same SSID as the previous network. Otherwise, I am going to need more information about your home network setup, such as what model router you are trying to connect to, and what happens when you try to configure the devices via the application?
