Hi, I just bought a tl-wpa7617, AV1000 power line ac Wi-Fi extender.

i paired it with the existing extender I have AV2000 Powerline Adapter. TL-PA9020P KIT

 

Paired ok, but keeps intermittently saying no internet.

 

maybe they are not compatible.

 

the TL-PA9020P KIT is connected to my pc lan cable and no issue there 

 

so not sure what issue can be.  Hope I can get help otherwise I need to send it back

  @Riley_S looks like no one can help. 
so far had stood experience with tp link products. Support only via this method is odd for me and so I have no solution other than return product.

is defect or not compatible I do not know. May have to try another brand

  @RPM-Hw,

With powerline connectors there are a few things that can contribute to this:

 

- Are the connectors on the same electrical circuit?

- Are there any other appliances or devices on the circuit that could be causing interference?

the 2 AV2000 Powerline Adapter. TL-PA9020P KIT are working super. Just the new tl-wpa7617 does not. They are on the same circuit 

 

so frustrating that it keeps losing internet. Was so happy with the kit initially bought, but the new is just not working.

may send back if I can't solve soon
