I have a main router (C6), I connected a second router to it via an ethernet cable.
The second router is TP Link Archer AX1800. I want to set up a VPN client on it. But this tab does not exist.
I tried downloading the latest updates from here. I have the European version, but it does not help.

How can I do it?

Bad News for you, unfortunately.

Double Check your Hardware Version on your Archer C6, according to the list of devices that are compatible with the Client VPN feature: Client VPN Router Compatibility

the V1 does not have the feature available yet.

Is your router AX1800 V1.20? That should support VPN Client already as the link posted by Riley. You can check if it is in Router mode or in AP mode, only by configuring it in Router mode will you get the VPN Client feature.
