Lately the extender lights all go out every few weeks except for the power. It can't be reset with the button and has to be unplugged and plugged in again. I updated it via the tether app to the latest firmware. Is there a permanent fix for this issue?
Can you provide more information about what your network setup looks like, such as what router you are using and who your ISP is? Specific Routers can have settings that interfere with the connection.
Have you tried to determine what the cause of the disconnect may be?
ave you been able to access the router logs or range extender logs to see if there is any abnormal entries when the disconnect happens?
