When streaming, it takes forever to load with extender plugged in. Extender is in a good location because it's blue. Also, I'm getting a low Wi-Fi signal on my iPhone. What can I do?
@Sooz7 Can you look at your network and see if your phone is connecting to the extender, or if it is still connecting to the router? It sounds like the phone is not connecting to the extender. Depending on the space between the router and the extender, some devices will "hang onto" the connection that it had and not connect to the extender even though it is closer.
