How do you install this app on Amazon Fire HD?
We currently do not offer the Kasa App through the Amazon Fire Store - It is still possible to use the Google Play Store on Amazon Devices, as they are using Android but use a different app store by default. I will pass along the feedback that a FireStore app would be welcome. However, I do not see this feedback too too often.
If you do not want to use the Google Play Store, your best bet is to use one of our officially supported platforms to control the devices, such as Alexa or SmartThings.
