Setting up for the first time, and cannot get beyond this point "unable to findTP-Link_9a3A".
This should be the default network broadcast by your router when first powered. You should be able to find the SSID in your list of available networks on your phone, and you may connect to that network, with the 'admin' password, for the same effect.
You may also try using another setup method, such as through the web interface, if your phone still cannot connect to the network at the correct point during setup.
If your router has gone through a part of the setup before, you may also try resetting the router to ensure that the router is in its default state and ready for setup.
