I just changed my internet modem and KASA is not responding. I'm having trouble connecting the smart plugs to the new internet connection.
HELP!!!
Unfortunately, all of you Kasa Smart devices were connected to the TP-Link servers and the Kasa App through your previous wireless connection.
You will need to reset each smart plug so that it may be configured to connect using the new Wi-Fi credentials.
Most devices offer a 'soft reset' (Hold the Power Button for 5 seconds, rather than 10). A soft reset will reset the wireless settings but will keep the rest of the device's configuration, such as presets, schedules, groups, and the device name.
