Model: Archer AXE95
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: Firmware Version: 1.1.1 Build 20230310 rel.39593(5553)

This was purchaed to replace one that was not allowing full wifi speed connections to the internet (limiting my 500/300 connection via modem test to 50/300 doing a speedtest from a browser.) then after NOT being able to not find any info if Redundant ISP connection were supported On any of their home product line It look like it did as it had 2 WAN ports (false advertising i know now). So my only option is to return this one and go back to the brand that does support Failover on home devices? I need a Rep to answer this for me?

This did fix my wifi speed issue but now i have no Redundant/Fault tolerant ISP connection I need as I keep companies Infrastructure running via my connections.

Can I get a TP-Link Rep to fill me in on what part of this post is inaccurate? Does TP-Link have home devices that support dual ISP connection. We already know Greed prevents ISP from having redundant/Fault tolerant ISP connection. As i am not of the greed type I do want/use/require dual ISP support for my Internet connection as unlike 99.9% of execs cant keep the company Infrastructure running ...while I do. So the User is vastly more important then the companies in this regard so you should support to people that ACTUALLY keep companies Infrastructure running but giving them the access then Need. Guess its back to Asus Products for me...at least they support dual/fault tolerant ISP connection on their equipment for home use.

  @Rialos,

Failover connections are only really available for our business-class products or our Omada systems - since most home users do not use multiple WANs. I would highly recommend checking out our business-class products as they provide much more thorough management options and features which are meant for your situation.

The Dual WAN/LAN ports are mainly meant for multigig connectivity and flexibility for homes. There are situations in which a user may need a Multi-Gig connection for internal network traffic, such as a media server, and only have a gigabit internet connection. The auto-sensing ports allows this user to connect their NAS to the 2.5Gbps port while using the 1Gbps for their WAN connection.

Thanks for the follow up, I get it. the people that actually do the work have no need of this tech...got it. Thanks for your input. I work from home alot and my duties do not change so i require the same if not better network connection then most companies as I the one they call when they go down. I got my question answered. Back to the product line that do support home users. Thanks again.
