My plug keeps running an old schedule that has been deleted and plug reset TWICE ... checked every phone in the house and every Ipad. Nothing scheduled. Where is it getting the old scheduke from?
Try to factory reset the device by pressing the power button for 10 seconds until the LED blinks amber rapidly instead of removing it from the App (soft reset).
Give the device a completely different name to prevent it from being controlled by old schedules, routines, or other settings that you may not remember.
If you have ever linked the plug to the third-party services like Google Home and Alexa, check if there is any settings there.
