The TP-Link app is taking a long time to download from Google Play on WiFi and Data. Longer then 10 minutes at both attempts to download.
If you're unable to download the Kasa app, check your internet connection, available storage, and App Store settings.
Restart your phone, clear App Store cache, and ensure your operating system is up-to-date. Try a different network if possible.
