The extender becomes unresponsive. The led still is lit up. The webinterface will not open, cannot ping it. There is barely 3 clients do regular office work with audio video.

The router has a reservation for the same

I did this after i saw the log attempting to renew ip every hour though the router ip lease is for 48 hrs

Unfortunately because its unresponsive i am unable to see the logs after rebooting.

Earlier log prior to making static ip changes when i saw it renewing every hr..so the change, but it hung in under 24 hrs

I have now changed the extender to connect to the main router on 2.4 gz
