How does Kasa EP10 hardware version V1.6 differ from V1.8 ?
Any smaller incremental changes such as this are normally extremely similar in operation, especially for Smart Home Devices.
The change in version can result from a manufacturing location, anticipated retail location, or in very rare cases, slight chip change due to supply. You will see the larger changes in design, inside tech, and function with the larger firmware updates, such as from v1 to v2.
