A few things I can add that I would recommend trying, especially now that we know that you have an XE75:

• Try a different ethernet port for connecting your XE75 to your Modem
• If possible, please test the connection via a wired connection to the main node rather than over Wi-Fi. Also, try different speed test servers to ensure that it is not caused by something outside of your network.
• Does your ISP happen to be Verizon? We have seen very similar behaviors from their services before.
