I have connected both units of the AV2000 Powerline Adapter to the outlet near my router, and an outlet near my PC. Both are connected. All three lights are on, on both units. If I open the tpPLC utility software, it states that both units are connected. BUT my pc is not receiving any connection. 


1. I have tried factory resetting both units
2. I have tried using the other port on both units
3. I have tried using different ports on the router
4. I updated the firmware on both units
 

The tpPLC utility shows they are connected, but there is no ethernet internet access on my PC. 
 

Please help.
