i recently purchased these smart plugs, but I am unable to connect them to my wifi.  I live in an apartment complex that has community wifi.  I've added the MAC address to my list of devices and it still won't connect.  Is there something else I should be doing?  I've tried 2 different plugs in 2 different outlets.
