can I connect my Motorola MG 7550 modem & Router combo to a Deco ax3000 mesh system?

You can do that in two ways to avoid a double NAT in your network:
1. Motorola MG 7550 in modem router mode and Deco in AP mode.
2. Motorola MG 7550 in bridge mode and Deco in Router Mode.
In the first scenario you'll have two wireless networks - one from Motorola MG 7550 and one from Deco mesh (you can disable Motorola MG 7550 wireless radio).
In the second scenario you'll have only one wireless network - Deco mesh.

Currently you're behind a double NAT but this doesn't have to be necessarily a bad thing. You can use your devices as they are configured at the moment.
A potential problem may occur if you decide to host a service in your network (like a web, VPN or game server), which needs port forwarding.
