Hello! I recently bought a OneMesh router and several OneMesh extenders for my home network. I'd like to add a WiFi extender outdoors, but I'm having trouble finding an outdoor WiFi extender that is compatible with OneMesh.

Which outdoor WiFi extenders are compatible with OneMesh? Please do not suggest Deco or Omada products. I am NOT interested in Deco or Omada because those are not compatible with OneMesh.

Thanks!

AFAIK ther's no a dedicated outdoor RE in the product list - here.

You can stil use a suitable RE outdoor as long as it's no exposed to direct sunlight or rain.

@terziyski thank you! I was afraid that would be the answer. I was recommended OneMesh by a few people, but it seems like that's the only style offered by TP-Link that doesn't have an extender designed for outdoor use. I may just create a weather proof box for one of the supported extenders. Indoors OneMesh has been great, I just wish they had something for outdoor use.

Just be careful when making the weather proof box cause in a hot summer the device should be well ventilated to avoid overheating issues.
