i had a TL-WA850RE for a long time now , i haven't used it in ages , when plugged it in it has light when i connected in the to the wifi is says connected with no internet , i can't even set it up now with the tether app ? can anybody help me ?

Reset the RE to its factory defaults by pressing the reset button for about 10 seconds and then configure the RE from scratch.

Use this guide for configuring RE after you've reset the device.
