Hardware Version: V3

Firmware Version: 1.011 build 220805 Rel5582

Trying to connect to ps4 using automatic setup

PS4 cannot find device

PS5 can see it

assuming that ps4 too old to see

tried manually connecting. Could it get to work

question: do you have instructions on how to connect older devices or get older devices to see this extender

Try upgrading your RE220 FW to the latest version from here and test if this will resolve your issue.
