Hello, I have a TP RE500X range extender and after getting a new Verizon Fios router it will no longer connect. I have tried unplugging the router and extender, so far nothing seems to work. Open to all suggestions, thanks. Jim.

Reset the RE500X to its factory defaults and re-configure from scratch. To reset the RE500X push its reset button for about 10 seconds (use a pin).
