My extender has all led's lit. Why would tether be "unable to connect" Also whe I try to select the extender from my phone it asks for a password. So I enter the wifi password for the wifi that the extender is cloning and says wrong password

The password to select the RE in Tether app is the RE administrative password (not its wireless password).
