On the community website, immediately after I login, the User Center will not show any of my posts, bookmarks, etc.  For example, the Basic Info page shows I have 12 posts...

But...

The only way I've found to restore the information is to find an email containing a link to one of my old posts and opening that.  After accessing an existing post then the "My Posts" and other sections work normally.
