Is there an issue with Home Shield at the moment?

I need to disable the IoT functions for a bit to download some files, although when I attempt to turn off the feature I get a popup saying "Failed to save the information. Please try again later."

I really wish the A/V features were baked into the device instead of APP use only...

Please let me know if there is something I can do to disable the IoT (or any HomeShield feature) any other way than in the app.
