When trying to setup my switches after changing routers, the TP-Liink temporary network doesn't show up on my phone so I cannot connect. How can I get the network show?

@Stevenstar Update: I could get 2 switches to re-connect by a process of pressing each button for varying amounts of time until the network showed. I could not get the third switch to connect even after I was able to create a temporary wireless network for it, the first few times the temp network showed no internet access, but even after I got it show I the app wouldn't connect to the switch.
