We've moved and I took the extender to the new house with me but can't reset, and/or connect it to my new internet. The name of my old wifi shows in settings - I'd like to connect it to my new router. What am I doing wrong?

  @azvicki Plug the extender into a power outlet and then press in the reset button until the lights cycle on it.  Should be back at factory presets.
