not receiving two-step verification on new phone

Got new phone. But now cannot login to Deco app. It says "A verification code has been sent via Deco push notification on your trusted devices." But I get no such notification.
Tried deleting and reinstalling app, no luck. Tried resetting password, no luck.

@Apophis I am also having this problem without a solution. Not being able to administrate the device locally is really unacceptable in a product with this price point. I should not need yet another APP when a web interface works just fine.

Having the same problem. However in my case, the "Didn't receive a code?" link worked and let me request the code to the email on my account.
Still, needs to be fixed. And like the other poster, I am also very unhappy that a smartphone app is required to begin with.
