It went off line.

Phone connects but the camera won't broadcast back a connection
Can you provide a bit more detail such as your model, whether or not you can access/see the device in the Tapo app, and what the LED status is?
It sounds as though you may need to perform a soft reset on the camera by pressing the reset button for a few seconds, this will allow you to reconfigure the camera in the Tapo app.
