I notice that my powerline adapter is no longer working. I examine the the adapter and notice that the ethernet led is on, but the other LED is off. I tried the following:

1. Unplug the powerline and then plug it, wait a few minutes and plug it back in.
2. Try it on a different outlet.
3. Hold down the reset button for a minute.
4. Run the TP-Link Utility and reset the powerline through the ethernet.
5. Attempt to reflash the firmware which fails.

What's weird is that the adapter isn't totally deal. I can see the ethernet led and I can accss it from ethernet using the utility. However, the power led never comes on.

Perhaps the adapter died? Any suggested diagnostic?
