Bulb offline

My bulb has worked fine for 2 years. Suddenly it says product offline. It is less than 15 feet from my router. I tried a soft reset twice and a hard reset. No response from the bulb. I power cycled the modem and router. What do I do now?

Check router's online client list to confirm whether the light bulb is indeed disconnected. Try to power cycle the light bulb, see if it reconnects itself. Have you changed your wifi settings recently?

If you don't see it blink, there is another way to check whether the light bulb has been reset -- whether the smart bulb's default wifi is available. >> Go to the wifi settings on your phone, see if there is a wifi with the name 'TP-Link Smart Bulb XXXX', if there is, you may try to reconfigure the bulb, see if that works. If the light bulb doesn't blink after the reset and its default wifi is not available, then i'm afraid you may consider getting a new light bulb. Or proceed warranty with the local TP-Link support if it hasn't expired.
