Feature Request: Adaptive Brightness for TP-Link Kasa/Tapo Dimmer Switches
I recently transitioned my smart dimmer lights to the TP-Link Kasa/Tapo platform, utilizing the KS225 dimmer switches. On my previous platform, a highly valued feature was the ability to implement a "night mode" or "bedtime setting."
This functionality allowed me to define a specific timeframe (e.g., 10 PM to 6 AM) during which the lights would automatically activate at a predetermined low brightness level (e.g., 20%). This was particularly useful for situations where I needed to briefly turn on a bedroom light while others were sleeping, preventing the abrupt activation of full brightness. Outside of this designated "night mode" timeframe, the lights would revert to their last-used brightness setting.
I kindly request the incorporation of a similar "adaptive brightness" or "night mode" feature within the Kasa/Tapo app for your dimmer switches. This would significantly enhance user convenience and comfort.
