I've had my 4-set camera for over a month. After set up I noticed it was not capturing every movement. So after contacting CS, they suggested a few changes that seemed to work nicely: set detection zones for each motion, person, pet, and vehicle:  wake-up sensitivity to 10, retrigger time to 0, record buffer to max of 10 sec and maximum clip length to 120 sec. Detection zones were tested. Because it does not have a solar panel, I need to bring it down to charge. Every time I do that, the settings go off, taking me to square one, no detection. I end up with tons of 15 second videos of nothing being recorded, causing my battery to drain. I have submitted screenshots of my settings and have followed every video to reset my settings but nothing seems to work. The issue seems to be when I bring down the camera to recharge. I have 2 other cameras set up around the house that don't seem to have any recording issues. But have not required to recharge as often so I am waiting for a recharge to test.
Any feedback from customer service or users is appreciated.

Does the detection work during the detection range test? How about while watching the live stream?
