This was purchased in March 2025. As of October 4, 2025 the battery will no longer charge. I have regularly charged it, never let it get down to 40%. Can I replace the battery or is it irreparable?

Double-check whether you were using a 5V 2A USB charger. Using a charger that delivers excessive output power or current may result in battery damage.

When the USB charger is plugged in, doorbell's led indicator should blink amber quickly for 3 seconds, did you see that?

Leave the doorbell charging overnight, see if that helps. If the battery level still doesn't increase, it could indicate a hardware issue. We recommend contacting support to check the warranty. Contact Technical Support
