Unable to start a thread .  My Cs46d model not shown  ..  Nor how to find Software Version 

  This Forum is Junk Like the camera I puchased  !!!!!!!!

You can include the product model in the content of your post. Product hardware and firmware version can be found in the app -- go to camera Device Settings page, click Device Info.

 

What problem did you encounter on your Tapo camera? You may share more details here.
