I have the tapo h100 hub, a tapo t110 contact sensor, and a tapo DL105 Smart Lock. 

What I want to do is very simple. I want to create a smart action if contact sensor is open, and Smart Lock is locked, hub siren alarm sounds. That's it. 

I bought the table h100 hub for the sole purpose of having local smart actions work in the case where internet is down, I was expecting this to work seamlessly and easily. I read online that a tapo symbol is supposed to appear next to the smart action if it is in fact working locally. I have no such eye-con next to this smart action. So I tried to make the smart action even simpler, if contact sensor is open, siren alarm sounds. Still no icon. 

Additionally, after doing some testing the t110 contact sensor status cannot be perceived by the hub unless there is internet.

Can someone tell me what I am doing wrong here or if I misunderstood the capabilities of the sub, because it seems to me this is very simple stuff.
