I have an EAP 215 Bridge that carries internet signal from an out building to the house (backwards from most setups).  Near the house, the receiving bridge is attached to the corner of the garage. CAT 6 cable takes the signal from the bridge into the house and to a router (no wifi, just ethernet to a PC).  I have a temperature sensor in the garage, but it is 2.4 ghz, not 5 ghz.  My intention was to use the RE315 to intercept the Bridge signal (at 5 ghz) and then broadcast wifi at 2.4 withing the garages so the temperature sensor can connect.  My iphone will connect to the bridge 5 ghz wifi signal and get great internet connection, but the RE315 won't find the same 5 mhz bridge signal. If I move the RE315  into the out building, it will connet to the 5 ghz wifi from the out building router (TP-LINK HX-510) and broadcast a 2.4 ghz wifi.

Is there a setting or a compatibility issue that I am missing between the RE315 Extender and the EAO215 Bridge?
