Doorbell has Slow flashing red light, then is followed by amber for a moment, followed by white for a moment
I have tried holding the reset/sync button for 5 and 10 seconds and I have tried holding the anti theft button along with the sync button and nothing happens.

If the doorbell cannot receive a strong signal from your router, it might disconnect and reconnect frequently. You may try to move the doorbell closer to the router, check whether this still happens.
