I have two Kasa smart plugs that both lost connection to the internet at the same time.  I've used them for the last few years with Alexa to turn on a teapot and a light.  Now I  can't get them to reconnect to the internet.  What should I do?

P.S.  I'm 88 years old so please keep it simple.

Power cycle both your router and the smart plugs. 

 

If the smart plug cannot reconnect, try to reset and re-add it to the Kasa app. *Make sure your Kasa app is updated, you can try to delete and reinstall the app.
