Everytime i try to access the port forwarding on my modem it crashes and i am forced to restart it. Is this common and does anyone know a fix for this or how to avoid it crashing. It is basically brand new since i have about a month with this modem and i have never been able to access the port fort forwarding function. I need to be able to use the port forwarding

This is also happening to me. When I go to the port forward page it shows blank and I loose my network. Only option is to turn off the modem. Tried access to page with ms edge, chrome and iPad. Standard Specification Compliant DOCSIS 3.0Hardware Version V1.1Software Version v1.0.3 Build 20150413 Rel12122CM certificate Installed

My Archer CR700 drops guest wifi out if more then 10 users log in. I have to go into the router and rest passwords.

I reached out to them and they want me to pay $13 for them to send a modem out and then me sending the defective unit back or me sending the unit to them and wait 3-5 business days. That is the worst cs ever so far.

the advanced RMA need to pay,you can choose the free also
