Archer CR-700 won't change DNS

Hi All,
This should be an extremely simple issue, yet the router/modem cannot seem to handle it. I'm simply trying to change to OpenDNS servers, and away from the ones provided by Comcast. I set the primary and secondary DNS under settings, press save, and reboot the router. It still shows the Comcast addresses.
I've reset the entire router, tried editing these values from different browsers, all to no avail.
