Above and Beyond Customer Support

A year or two back I had some major lag issues in certain scenarios. Customer support connected with me on multiple occassions and provided beta firmware that wrote custom logs to help track down the source of my issues. They definitely went above and beyond, connecting me with developers, making me feel like a high priority.
