No Internet Connection to AC1200

No Internet Connection to AC1200

Just installed a new AC1200. Am able to connect to the wifi signal with multiple devices but there is no internet connection. Have previously contacted the ISP and they report that service to the modem is active and fine. Today while looking again at our setup of the AC1200 I noticed in the Tether app that there is no IP address indicated. All lines that should display an IP address display only 0's. All cable connections appear secure. We have done full reboots of modem, router, and computer several time. Of note, all devices, including the computer, are connect via wifi only; there are no ethernet jacks for direct cabling to the modem or router. Any ideas most welcome.
